The DryCook 15-tray high-performance dehydrator is designed for professional kitchens and bakeries. Precise and built to last, DryCook is the ultimate professional dehydrator. Also available DryCook 10 trays.

The trays are height adjustable and allow you to ferment dairy products such as yoghurt, dry all kinds of fruit vegetables and spices for decorating and making powders. Sugar, egg whites, obulato®, drying of meat and fish, processing of whole leaves or small shapes made with Krokanters®. Dehydration above 75°C allows you to work with ovo-products as well.

You can choose between different assembly options. Install anti-slip feet or wheels with brakes for transport. Stackable model to place another DryCook dehydrator, achieving a dehydration tower of 30 trays with minimum space.
